The Type 546 transducer receives a direct-current input signal and use a torque motor, nozzle-flapper, and pneumatic relay to convert the signal to a proportional pneumatic output signal. Nozzle pressure, which operates the relay, is also piped to the torque motor feedback bellows. This provides a comparison between input signal and nozzle pressure and corrects errors in nozzle pressure.

67CFR Instrument Supply Regulator

The 67C Series air pressure regulators are typically used to provide constantly controlled, reduced pressures to pneumatic and electropneumatic controllers and other instruments. These direct-operated regulators are suitable for most air or gas applications.

Type 168, 168H & 68-2 Three-Way Switching Valves

The Type 168 and 168H three-way, snap-acting switching valves provide fast, positive switching of pneumatic pressures in response to a predetermined change in a pneumatic input signal. These switches can be used to open and close pneumatically operated control valves, to load or exhaust pneumatic systems, or to operate a variety of pneumatic equipment.

The Type 68-2 is a three-way, snap-acting switching valve that forms the valve body portion of the Type 168 and 168H switching valves. A manual reset switch may be adapted to the Type 168 and 168H switching valves to provide for manual reset. An extension of the trip lever allows the Type 68-2 to be used as a manual switching valve.

The 377 Series pressure-sensing trip valve is used for control applications where a specific valve/actuator action is required when supply pressure falls below a specific point. When supply pressure falls below the trip point the trip valve causes the actuator to fail up, lock in the last position, or fail down. When the supply pressure rises above the trip point, the 377 Series trip valve automatically resets, allowing the system to return to normal operation. The trip valve can be top-mounted on a manifold, yoke-mounted, or bracket-mounted to match the application requirements.

Volume booster used in conjunction with a positioner on a throttling control valve to increase stroking speed. The booster incorporates fixed deadband, soft seat construction and an integral bypass restriction to eliminate positioner saturation problems that can occur with volume boosters that do not have these features.
