Type 63EG Relief Valve or Backpressure Regulator

The 63EG pilot-operated pressure relief valves or backpressure regulator are suitable for gas services and throttling backpressure applications, such as on oilfield separators. The Type 63EG relief valve or backpressure regulator utilizes the 6358 Series pilots. The unique hollow valve stem in these pilots provides quick pressure registration on top of the main valve plug preventing main valve unseating during normal system startup.

The Type 63EG backpressure regulator is also suitable for throttling backpressure or bypass applications.

The Type 63EG backpressure regulator may be installed in any orientation, as long as flow through it matches the direction of the arrow on the main valve body.

289 Series Relief Valve / Backpressure Regulators


The 289 Series pressure relief valves are throttling relief valves used downstream of pressure regulators to protect the downstream system from overpressure. A smooth throttling action minimizes pressure surges in the system during relief operation. The 289 Series pressure relief valves are ideal for low-pressure settings due to the increased sensitivity provided by a large diaphragm area. These pressure relief valves are available in 3/4, 1 or 2-inch (DN 20, 25 or 50) body sizes.  The 289 Series pressure relief valves are small and compact, making them suitable for areas limited in space.

Type 414 Relief Valve / Backpressure Regulator



The Type 414 pilot-operated relief valve/backpressure regulator is used for high-pressure nonaqueous liquid applications. The construction is suitable where pressures on the valve outlet will be essentially atmospheric.

They Type 414-6305B is used in nonaqueous applications where the pilot exhaust will be vented though the main valve outlet piping into a pressurized line.

Type 1805 Relief Valve


The Type 1805 relief valve is designed for use in farm tap applications where a relief valve is needed between the first and second-stage regulators. Relief pressures range from 5 to 125 psig (0,34 to 8,6 bar). Maximum pressure, including buildup, is 150 psig (10,3 bar). The Type 1805 relief valve is suitable for natural gas, air, propane, or any medium compatible with the internal valve parts.

Type 1805P Relief Valve



The Type 1805P-6358 relief valve is an accurate, low-cost, pilot-operated relief valve consisting of a Type 1805P main valve and a Type 6358 pilot. It is available in the 2-inch size and is capable of relief pressure settings of 10 to 100 psig (0,69 to 6,9 bar) in three ranges. The relief pressure setting can be adjusted by rotating the pilot spring adjustment screw.

Type EZR Pressure Reducing Regulator

The Type EZR pilot-operated, pressure reducing regulators are used for natural gas, air, or other non-corrosive gas applications and include a Type 112 restrictor and a 161EB Series pilot, 161AY Series pilot or a PRX Series pilot.  For applications that have high pressure drops, using a Type 161AYM, 161EBM, or 161EBHM monitor pilot will increase the accuracy of the regulator.

Type H120 Relief Valve



The Type H120 self-operated relief valve has a preset and pinned spring retainer.  The inlet pressure registers directly on a spring-opposed poppet assembly which includes a nitrile disk.  When the inlet pressure increases above the spring setting, the poppet and disk assembly is pushed away from the metal seat.  Springs are available that provide various fixed relief pressures from 35 to 350 psig (2,4 to 24 bar).

H200 Series Relief Valves



The H200 Series Pop  relief valves are self-operated relief valves with preset and pinned spring retainers.  The inlet pressure registers directly on a spring-opposed poppet assembly which includes a nitrile disk.  When the inlet gas pressure increases above the spring setting, the poppet and disk assembly is pushed away from the orifice.  Springs are available that provide any relief pressure setting from 25 to 300 psig (1,7 to 20,7 bar).
