The employees and management of Northeast Controls are committed to being the premier local supplier of process control and automation solutions by providing outstanding customer service through our continuous commitment to operational excellence, superior engineering, and technical expertise. Northeast Controls maintains ISO9001:2008 Certification, and as part of our Quality Management System we conduct annual surveys of our customers to measure our performance to your business needs and expectations.

In 2014, we are pleased to report that 182 customers responded to Northeast Controls' Customer Satisfaction Survey, an all time high, with over 95% of customers indicating they were likely to recommend Northeast Controls to a friend or colleague.

Over 70 customers also took the time to also comment on Northeast Controls performance, and recognized our excellent customer support/service, responsiveness, in depth product knowledge and technical expertise, as well as our extensive and diversified product lines.
