The Keystone Figure 89 Pneumatic Actuator is a compact rack and pinion design. Ideal for modulating or on/off control applications in either double acting (air to air) or single acting (spring return) configurations. Direct mounting to all Keystone butterfly valves and ball valves. Pre-compressed spring design and anti-blowout drive pinion means safe maintenance and operation. Double pistons nullify side loads on the pinion shaft, minimizing bearing wear. Anodized aluminium body with electrostatic powder coating (ESPC) finish provides durable protection against corrosive environments. The female output drive enables direct mounting in certain applications, thereby eliminating special connections and guaranteeing correct alignment.

The F738 is a linear pneumatic actuator, designed especially for use on linear actuated valves. Engineered to provide the maximum force output with minimum supply pressure. Operates with or without lubrication. Spring return actuators are available in selected sizes. Hydraulic cylinder option is also available using high pressure oil. Spring return actuators are available in selected sizes. The Keystone F493 failsafe units are an ideal choice for larger actuators as it eliminates bulky spring return actuators when limited space is available.

Fisher™ Pneumatic Actuators

Fisher 657 and 667 Diaphragm Actuators

Fisher 657 and 667 are spring-opposed diaphragm actuators designed for either on/off or throttling operation of control valves. The 657 actuator is direct-acting, while the 667 is reverse-acting. The integral mounting pad eliminates the traditional mounting bracket and reduces the number of parts required to mount. Incorporates an integral air passage that eliminates the need for external tubing and fittings when paired with a Fisher FIELDVUE™ digital valve positioner.

Fisher 1052 Rotary Actuators

Fisher 1052 spring-return diaphragm actuators operate both splined and double D shaft rotary valves and are suitable for either on/off or throttling service. Designed for easy installation of a broad range of options: limit switches, position indicating switches, positioners, and manual over-rides. Single joint linkage with splined and clamped lever minimizes lost motion and improves control accuracy. Actuator/valve linkage is completely enclosed, yet the valve packing adjustment remains accessible without removing any parts.

Fisher 2052 Spring-and-Diaphragm Rotary Actuators

The Fisher 2052 highly versatile and compact actuator design can assist in throttling or on/off applications. Install on any valve, even in space-limiting conditions.The compact design reduces valve/actuator envelope dimensions leading to greater mounting versatility for both skids and process plants. Allows linkage-less feedback, via a contact-less magnetic array. The clamping of the lever onto a splined valve shaft, coupled with the single pivot linkage, reduces lost motion between the actuator and the valve. The actuator/valve assembly action can be converted from push-down-to-open to push-down-to-close, or vice-versa, without additional parts.

A unique combination of high quality, modular actuator design, unique features, customer benefits and economical cost has been achieved by our substantial engineering and technology in actuation products. Hytork’s SAFEKEY system (patented) uses a flexible stainless steel key in an internal machined keyway. It is stronger than conventional bolting and impossible to remove when pressurized. The rugged heavy duty body is made from a high strength LM25 aluminum casting designed to prevent damage from dents, shock or fatigue. The Hytork XL is modular in design and is field convertible from double-acting to spring-return configurations and vice versa.
