The initial interview with Northeast Controls will be conducted by a Manager or Supervisor directly related to the open position. This process helps us get an initial feel for your skill sets, interests, and career goals. It also helps us see if there’s a match between our needs and your strengths; if you’re the right fit for our team, and for you to determine if we’re the right fit for you.
Soon after, you will be contacted about the outcome of your interview. If you are one of the most qualified candidates for the role, you will move to the next stage of the interview process which will involve face-to-face interviews with additional members of Northeast Controls’ team and a more in-depth assessment.
