FIELDVUE® DVC6200f digital valve controllers are communicating, microprocessor-based current-to-pneumatic instruments with linkage-less, non-contact travel feedback. Three important functions are performed by the DVC6200f instrument:

– Controlling the movement of a valve stem or shaft by converting the digital input signal from the process controller to a pneumatic output signal to the actuator.
– Automatic calibration and configuration using the power of microprocessor technology.
– Communication capability via the FOUNDATION™ fieldbus protocol to provide instrument and valve diagnostic information.

Registered by the Fieldbus Foundation, the DVC6200f uses the patented linkage-less, non-contact travel feedback technology. It offers an all digital Foundation fliedbus open communication protocol.

DVC2000

The FIELDVUE® DVC2000 single-acting digital valve controller is a communicating, microprocessor-based digital-to-pneumatic valve-mounted instrument. With pushbuttons and a liquid crystal display, configuration and calibration can be performed easily in any of its seven languages including English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Chinese and Japanese. The digital valve controller receives feedback of the valve travel position plus supply and actuator pneumatic pressure. This allows the instrument to diagnose not only itself, but also the valve and actuator to which it is mounted. This provides you with very cost effective maintenance information, so that required maintenance can be performed on the instrument and valve when there really is a need.

DVC6200

The FIELDVUE® DVC6200 series digital valve controller is a communicating, microprocessor-based current-to-pneumatic instrument. The DVC6200 now makes the linkage-less, non-contacting technology available in an explosion proof housing. The DVC6200 replaces the feedback potentiometer with the proven Hall Effect sensor, thus further enhancing the inherent reliability of the DVC6000. The performance and hazardous rating certifications of the DVC6200 are the same as the DVC6000. The DVC6200 is also adaptable to large travels and all actuator mountings.

The Type 3582i electro-pneumatic, single-acting positioner is used with diaphragm-actuated, sliding-stem control valve assemblies. The electro-pneumatic valve positioner receives an electronic input signal from a control device and modulates the supply pressure to the control valve actuator, providing an accurate valve stem position that is proportional to the pneumatic input signal received from a control device.

The Type 3661electro-pneumatic, single-acting positioner is used with various actuators on sliding-stem valves for throttling applications. This rugged positioner provides a valve position proportional to a standard milliampere dc input signal received from a control device.

3710 / 3720

The Type 3710 pneumatic positioner and Type 3720 electro-pneumatic positioner are designed for use with either diaphragm or piston rotary actuators.These positioners provide a valve ball or disk position for a specific input signal. The Type 3710 positioner provides a valve position in response to a pneumatic input signal. The Type 3720 positioner is created by the addition of a Type 3722 electro-pneumatic converter to the Type 3710 positioner. The Type 3720 positioner provides a valve position in response to a dc current input signal. Either type can easily be configured as single- or double-acting for rotary actuators.
