Series 36/37 High Performance Butterfly Valves
The Keystone K-LOK unique shaft packing is composed of 3 rings of braided PTFE rope between one PTFE V-ring at the top and bottom. The packing operates on an interference fit with the body sealing in pressure and vacuum. Unique packing design allows for use in pressure as well as vacuum without modification or special assembly. Integrally cast disc position stop perfectly locates the disc in seat, achieving maximum seat and seal life. Integrally cast mounting pad provides direct mounting of actuators eliminating the need for costly brackets and couplings.

A31A Cryogenic High Performance Butterfly Valve – The Fisher A31A cryogenic high performance butterfly valve is designed for extreme temperature, cryogenic services and features a valve body extension which positions the packing system and the actuator away from the extreme temperatures. The valve also features a metal NOVEX seal providing tight shutoff, low operating torques, and the rugged durability needed for cryogenic service.

Model NeoSeal Lined Butterfly Valves
A PTFE lined solution according ISO 5752/5 short (EN 558-1/T5) with various corrosion resistant disc materials. The pressure to keep the two sealing surfaces of the stem seal together is provided by an upper and lower set of Belleville springs resulting in a superior stem seal, which is TA-Luft / VDI 2440 approved. The elastomer back-up pads behind the liner ensure a tight fit around the disc, for a bubble tight shut-off. The liner and disc are the only two valve parts in contact with the medium. Vacuum tests with helium with pressures less than 20 Pa absolute (0.2 mbarA). Optional TFM lining available for extremely demanding applications.

Series 221/222 Butterfly Valves
An economical bonded resilient seated butterfly valve for bi-directional and end-of-line service. Bubble tight shut-off at full rated pressure in both directions. The Keystone F222 lugged version is suitable for bi-directional end-of-line service at full pressure rating. Top and bottom bearings absorbs side thrust loads. A molded-in O-ring in the seat for flange sealing eliminates the need for flange gaskets. Body locating holes for easy installation and centering between flanges. Extended neck allows adequate clearance for flange and insulation.

Figure 990/920 Butterfly Valves
A split body thin disc valve for high flow and modulating service. The seat is field replaceable and fully isolates the body and shaft from the flow. Primary shaft sealing exceeds the pressure rating of the valve and prevents leakage through shaft area to atmosphere. A secondary shaft sealing provides back-up safety. A molded-in O-ring in the seat for flange sealing eliminates the need for gaskets. Shaft seals prevent moisture penetrating into the shaft area. The two piece shaft allows for a thin disc and provides minimal obstruction to flow (up to DN 300/ NPS 12). Rounded polished disc edge gives full concentric sealing, lower torques, longer seat life and drop-tight shut-off. Double flanged valve design for services in the water treatment industry. The centric disc offers bidirectional service and allows with its symmetric shape high Kv (Cv) values. Dry shaft design. The inside body is protected by a bonded rubber liner extending over the flanges. Primary stem sealing by preloaded contact between flatted seat surface and rounded polished disc-hub area exceeds the pressure rating of the valve and prevents leakage through shaft area to atmosphere. A secondary sealing is provided by the interference fit between shaft and shaft hole in seat at all positions. Dirt-scraper prevents moisture penetrating into the shaft area. Bubble-tight shut off at full pressure rating. Rounded, polished disc edge provides concentric sealing. Double flanged body design per EN 558 series 13 (short), series 14 (long) on request. Excellent performance in media with sedimentation and contamination.

For use in power generation plants, municipal water & wastewater treatment, wastewater collection, air circulation and industrial applications. Cast double flanged butterfly valve, which can be drilled acc. various flange standards (JIS, BS, ISO/EN, ASME and AWWA). Dead-end service capability with downstream piping removed. Body and disc protective coatings or rubber linings are available for sea water or corrosive services. The special seat and disc edge contours reduce seating torque, provide better shut-off and longer service life. The seat is adjustable in order to optimize the required shut-off tightness with the accompanying torque, for unidirectional or bidirectional operation. Replaceable seat without special tooling, dismantling or removing the valve from the line. A stainless steel disc edge resists against corrosion and avoids encrust build-up for consistent sealing. Dry shaft design. High strength stub shafts have full 1½ diameter penetration into disc-hubs with close tolerance-fit. Self-lubricating sleeve bearings allow valve installation with the shaft horizontal or vertical.

The Keystone F635 is a light/medium duty slurry control valve with a wafer style body. It has a swing through disc for minimum clearance. The hard wearing materials of construction offer up to 420 Brinell hardness. Standardized mounting and drive adaptor connection enables direct mounting of Keystone actuators and also allows for in-line actuator removal.

The F637 is a medium duty slurry control valve, short body style with replaceable body sleeve. The valve is bi-directional with a swing through disc for minimum leakage. The hardened tool steel disc end spacers protect the shaft from erosion. Valve is fully repairable with replaceable internals for significantly extended valve life. Standardized mounting and drive adaptor connection enables direct mounting of Keystone actuators and also allows for actuator removal while in-line.

The F638 SE/S2 is an extreme heavy duty slurry control valve, with an extended body style and replaceable body sleeve. Valve is fully repairable with replaceable internals for significantly extended valve life. Extended body provides protection of downstream piping. The Series 2 features tungsten carbide disc end spacers and a swing through disc for minimal leakage at elevated temperatures. Venturi liner improves flow control. Improved mechanical seal prevents the ingress of media to the bearing journals. KTFE stem seals offer ultimate resistance against caustic and acid applications. Standardized mounting and drive adaptor connection enables direct mounting of Keystone actuators and also allows for in-line actuator removal.
